An international Beer gathering in the FAroe Islands.

On September 18-19, MBCFI (Mikkeller Beer Celebration Faroe Islands) brought beers from 30 international breweries to Tórshavn for four tasting sessions. The weekend extended beyond stands, with smaller gatherings in town and conversations along the harbor.

I. The evening before

The weekend began on Thursday with tastings at Mikkeller Bar, followed by the brewers's dinner at Áarstova.

ii. At Silo

Across two floors at Silo, brewers and visitors gathered for the public sessions. Tattoo artists were there too - a regular part of Mikkeller's beer festivals.

III. Saturday by the Harbor

Saturday's program included two more tasting sessions. Between them, the Beer Mile brought participants and spectators together on the quay outside Silo.

IV. Into the evening

The fourth and final session continued into Saturday evening, with a brass ensemble playing among the tables at Silo.

V. After hours

After the public sessions ended, the brewers gathered at Silo for an afterparty of their own.
